- Shipping Methods: We utilize reliable Australian-based couriers to deliver your orders safely. Standard shipping is provided free of charge for all orders over $500 within Australia.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is generally 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays may affect delivery times.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Cancellation Policy:
At Martha Jewellery, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient ordering process. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been accepted by us.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have previously accepted at any time before delivery, for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Inability to supply the goods within a reasonable time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Errors on our website relating to the goods or services, such as incorrect descriptions, prices, or images.
- Failure to meet our payment terms or if we are unable to process or accept your payment.
- Cancellation Notification: If we cancel your order after acceptance, we will promptly notify you of the cancellation via the contact information provided.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders: In the event of cancellation by Martha Jewellery after payment has been processed, we will refund any money paid in respect to that order. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do provide a 7-day exchange policy for items of the same value.
- Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be in their original condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
- All packaging and certificates must be returned.
- A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.
- Faulty or Wrongly Described Items: Claims regarding faulty or wrongly described goods must be made within 7 days of delivery or within a reasonable time as per the terms of any manufacturer’s guarantee and warranties implied by legislation.
- Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase)
- Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
- Engraved items
- Special, custom, or made-to-order items
- Return Process:
- In-store Returns: For items purchased online, you can return them by visiting our store. Please bring a printed copy of your online tax invoice or order fulfillment email.
- Postal Returns: To initiate a return via post, please contact our Customer Care team at info@marthajewellery.com.au. You will need to provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Shipping Return Charges: All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) deliveries.
- Loss or Damage during Return: You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us. We highly recommend insuring returned items during delivery (e.g., Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss. Please include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
- Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty, we will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including shipping or insurance charges.
- Refunds: Claims stating goods are faulty or wrongly described must be made within 7 days of sale or such further time as is reasonable with regard to the terms of any manufacturers guarantee and any warranties implied by legislation. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
- Repair: If there is no major problem with the product, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. Extra material may cost extra fees.
