Click and Collect is a convenient service provided by Martha Jewellery, allowing you to order items online and collect them from our selected store. By choosing Click and Collect as your delivery method, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order and Payment:
- Payment for Click and Collect items will be processed at the time of order placement. Once full payment is received, title in the items will pass to you, and the risk will pass to you upon collection.
- Please note that engraving and resizing services are not available for Click and Collect orders. However, you may arrange for engraving and resizing at an additional charge when you visit our store to collect your item.
Order Collection:
- You will receive an email notification within 2-5 business days once your order is ready for collection at your selected store. Please refrain from visiting the store before receiving this email confirmation to ensure your item is available upon your arrival.
- To collect your order, you must be the person specified in the order confirmation and present a valid photo identification. Please bring the email collection notification and your photo identification when visiting the chosen Martha Jewellery store within one month of receiving the collection notification. Our staff members will require these documents for order release. A signature may be required upon collection.
- If you fail to collect your order within one month from the date of receiving the email collection notification, your order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Disclaimer:
- Click and Collect service is subject to stock availability at your selected Martha Jewellery store. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternative options, including cancellation and refund.
- Martha Jewellery reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Click and Collect service at any time without prior notice.
